- your story and/ or photographs*
- how we can reach you**
- if you don't want your name published with your entry.
*If you have photographs you would like us to scan for you, please send an email. We will be happy to scan the photograph AND send it back to you!
**This goes without saying, but we would NEVER share your contact information with anyone! We would, however, like to stay in touch.
